Però la bruixola, si no te la mires de tant en tant, no assenyala cap destí. Cada emprenedor, cada empresa, té la seva bruixola particular que, de fet, és la propia intuïció el que la fa assenyalar cap a alguna direcció.

Últimament he iniciat una pràctica de prova per organitzar-me les tasques i el dia a dia: el dilluns a primera hora, juntament amb el meu soci, fem una llista de tasques a fer durant la setmana. Les pintem sobre una matriu on un eix en determina la urgència i l’altre la importancia. No és fàcil posicionar cada tasca. Tots dos eixos son molt relatius: urgent per al client?, urgent per a l’empresa?, existeix un limit en el temps que no es pot traspassar? important per a qui? important per a quin objectiu?
Amb la pràctica t’adones que la urgència de cada tasca és molt més senzilla de determinar: te la dicta la raó (i el rellotge), les dates d’entrega, la dependència entre tasques. I classificar-les per importància és molt més senzill quan tens clar cap a on vols anar (mires la bruixola). I això, molt em temo, que és un camp exclusiu de la intuïció.
Al final de la setmana sabem si ha estat temps perdut o ben aprofitat mirant la matriu de tasques. L’objectiu és dedicar més temps a les tasques del quadrant “no urgent però important” que no pas al quadrant “urgent i no important”.
Recomano que ho proveu. T’obliga a dirigir la bruixola cap a on tu vols i a saber dir que no quan toca (una altra assignatura pendent i gran obstacle per a molts emprenedors).
